My signature Facial aims to lead you into a deep sense of relaxation not just for the face, but the whole body. I use a combination of facial massage, lymph drainage, acupressure, aromatherapy and pure plant, organic skincare. To nourish, recharge and nurture the skin. Delivering a  glowing complexion, calm mind and rested soul. All of my signature facials include a Double Cleanse, Tone, Mask, Scalp Massage, Gua Sha and organic Finishing Products. *15 minutes of facial cupping or LED light therapy can be added to this facial.

The Signature Holistic

80 minutes of pure bliss and total relaxation. This facial includes all of the benefits of my Signature Facial plus Facial Cupping and / or LED Light Therapy. Leading you into a place of deep relaxation and rejuvenation for skin, mind and body. All of my signature facials include a Double Cleanse, Tone, Mask, Gua Sha, Head Massage and organic pure plant Finishing Products. Facial massage features throughout.

The Advanced Holistic 

A slightly shortened version of my Signature Facial. I use a combination of facial massage techniques combined with pure plant organic skincare to support naturally healthy, glowing complexions.. All of my facials include a Double Cleanse, Tone, Mask, Scalp Massage and Finishing Products. With facial massage featured throughout. *15 minutes of cupping or LED Light therapy can be added onto this facial 

The Express Facial

 15 minute facial cupping routine can be added on to any of my facials. It is a non invasive treatment which aids lymphatic drainage and has the following benefits:

• Brightens & strengthens your skin.
• Stimulates cells responsible for collagen production.
• Reduces the appearence of fine lines and wrinkles.
• Decreases puffiness • Plumps lips.


*Please note this is an add on treatment for my signature or express facials and cannot be booked as a stand alone treatment. 

**Facial cupping and LED Light therapy are included as standard in my advanced holistic facial.

A 15 minute LED Light Therapy can be added onto my signature or express facials. LED Light Therapy offers a range of benefits for the skin making it an ideal add on to facial treatments.

Benefits include:

* calming and anti-inflammatory
* stimulates cells responsible for collagen production
* anti-aging properties
* anti-redness properties

*Please note this is an add on treatment available to book alongside my signature and express facials. Cannot be booked alone as a single treatment.

Nestled in the grounds of The Retreat New Forest is a private wood fired sauna. This experience can be booked alongside treatment bookings to enhance your time with us. Bookings are for 1 hour of private use of the sauna, which can hold up to 4 people. ***Please note this is an outside sauna experience within the grounds of The Retreat. *****
