In our 30-minute initial consultation, we’ll have a relaxed and supportive chat to explore what’s currently feeling overwhelming or disorganised in your life. You’ll have space to share any challenges you’re facing, and together we’ll identify key areas to focus on. By the end of the session, we’ll outline your priorities and discuss how I can best support you going forward with a personalised plan.



Initial Consultation

Prior to the session, you’ll tell me everything that’s on your mind — your commitments, plans, what’s working, what’s not, and where you feel overwhelmed. You can do this in a message, voice note, e-mail or a picture of your current weekly calendar. 

I’ll then take that information and create a personalised, easy-to-follow weekly routine or planner that fits your real life — not some rigid, unrealistic system. Whether it’s organising your mornings, building in time for self-care, or structuring your week so it actually flows, I’ll design it for you -  such as a weekly schedule, calendar or diary layout you can actually follow.

*This session does not include a 1:1 meeting, you just provide me with all the information and in the hour I will create you an easy-to-follow calendar or planner with all your plans. 

Custom Calendar / Diary Planner session

In this session we will tackle one or two specific area that’s causing stress — routines that don’t stick or chaotic to-do lists. We will go over tips and tricks to stay on target and you will leave with clarity, next steps, and a plan that makes sense for your brain. A follow-up summary with clear action steps will also be provided.

Life Admin Power Session

We will work together to declutter your mind and systems, rebuild structure, and set up routines and admin tools that you’ll actually stick to. This is perfect for clients who feel burnt out or stuck in a rut and need to off-load / talk about life overwhelm.  We will help you pause, regroup and move forward with clarity and renewed energy. 
Includes:
- After-session action plan
- Resources & useful templates

Reset and Rebuild

We work together over 4–6 weeks to declutter your mind and systems, rebuild structure, and set up routines and admin tools that you’ll actually stick to.

- 3 x online sessions (45 mins)

- Follow up messages / voice note support in between sessions
