We will effortlessly shift and release the heaviness, intrusive thoughts, and emotional attachments you’ve been storing and suppressing in the body, to restore the flow of energy and promote health and well-being. These sessions can offer a wide range of benefits; promoting relaxation, reducing stress, helping to clear and quiet the mind, and improve mental clarity and focus.

We will have a brief chat on what you'd like to shift, facilitate the treatment and then you'll receive a debrief on what came up, along with some coaching and guidance to support you moving forward.
