I started my career in fitness as a personal trainer, and it didn’t take long to realise that exercise and recovery go hand in hand. That’s what led me to specialise in sports massage and soft tissue therapy—helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. I’m passionate about continually learning and developing my skills, which is why I’ll soon be studying Level 4 Sports Massage and exploring new massage techniques. This means I can keep offering a wider range of treatments tailored to you
