Hi there, I'm Sophie I am here to help boost your confidence and help up-lift woman of all ages to enable a more comfortable gym environment for you. I once felt intimated and uncomfortable attending the gym myself, but it's actually not as scary as we think. When we are showed the right way how to exercise and reach your goals, our lives change for the better. I want to help you change your life , to aid the physical and mental well-being of health and fitness. I look forward to meeting you all.
