Hi, My name is Sue, I'm a Fully Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist offering Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Wellness Massage. I'm guessing the reason you have dropped by is because you are either in some sort of pain/discomfort or perhaps just needing a little time to yourself to de-stress/relax. I offer many therapies that can help with any of the above and more. I assess and discuss a treatment that may give you relief. Below are two therapies that I specialise in and they can be very effective. Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch Therapy that may help Headaches/Migraines, TMJ, Stress, Neck Tension, PCOS, Anxiety/Depression, Insomnia, Dizziness and more... The Wellness Massage is a very deep relaxation treatment that helps muscles unwind and calms the Central Nervous System. Muscle tension will subside and you will feel lighter without the soreness like a Deep Tissue Massage can leave. If you like relaxation massages then I highly recommend trying the Wellness Massage. Combining The Wellness Massage and Craniosacral Therapy together as a treatment is well worth trying.
