Is Massage for Me?

Children get stressed out just like we do and they use devices which put an enormous strain on little necks, they also fall over - a lot - and need putting back together. They also don't like to be still for very long so a shorter session is useful for them.

They can stay fully clothed for this massage if they prefer, but an adult must be present at all times.

Children's Massage (under 13 years old)

Short Session (30-45min)

This first appointment is 75 minutes to allow me enough time to assess your posture, lifestyle and answer any queries you may have.

If you don't have many issues to discuss then you benefit from a lovely, extra long massage.

New Client Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage can be extremely beneficial if you have a pre-existing condition or if you just prefer a firmer massage. It is usually more clinical in nature and we may converse throughout to make sure we are working on the areas that you need help with. 

I will check in with you during the massage to make sure the pressure is OK for you. I may follow up with exercises or advice which will help your condition further.

Existing Client Deep Tissue Massage

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage

This is your first appointment where I need to get to know a bit more about you before we start. I will take a full history and discuss what you would like your outcomes to be. If there isn’t much to discuss you get an extra long massage.

New Client Relaxing Massage

This is a full body relaxing massage. Top to toe relaxing treat using essential oils to help you drift away.

NHS staff pay a reduced rate for 75 mins massage for new clients and existing client appointments. Just bring some ID along to your appointment
