Hopi meaning 'peaceful people's. Ear Candling is believed to come from native American Hopi Indians of North Arizona & can be used for many health conditions of the upper body, it's a warming & soothing treatment that is commonly used for relaxation, detoxing the mind, chakra clearing & to help treat mind, body & soul. Face & neck lymph drainage is included after to help clear any physical & mental blockages, with some neck & scalp massage.

Good for de-stressing & relaxing, increasing energy flow & taking the heaviness of the day away. Mukkabhyanga

90min. 'massaging the body's limbs' & manipulating the entire body's Marmas, using specific warm dosha oil to encourage energy (prana) flow, promoting blood flow, elimination of toxins, relieves muscular & joint pain. Nourishing properties of specific dosha oils provides vital hydration to the skin. Includes a scalp massage with neem oil (optional)

Marma Abhyanga

90min. Ayurveda detox treatment- originating from India, using specific ground ayurvedic herbs are vigorously rubbed over the body to help draw out toxins & reduce water retention. The herbs naturally exfoliate, bringing new light & life to the surface of the skin. Also is beneficial for blood & lymphatic flow. Includes a scalp massage with neem oil (optional)

Udvartana

90min. A pummelling massage with ayurvedic therapeutic herbs that are crushed in a pestal & mortar, they are then put into a muslin cloth & tied tight to make the bolus or poultice. These are then doused in warmed oil & applied to the body using the pummelling techniques. Extremely nourishing, strengthening & rejuvenating especially for issues with weak joints, muscle tension, arthritis, inflammation & some skin conditions. Includes a scalp massage with neem oil (optional)
