I work intuitively dependant on your needs within a session. Through a combination of somatic life coaching & somatic trauma therapy. We work with releasing past trauma from the body and utilise coaching tools to support your growth, healing and ability to step outside of your comfort zone and into a world of infinite possibilities. There is a strong focus on inner child work, family systems, & movement. With everything always being brought back to the connection with the body, the soma.
