Phoenix is an athlete performance and development centre. We are specialised in sports development for all ages and work with any athletes or sporting teams at amateur and elite level. We aim to evolve and develop what it means to be an ‘athlete’. We believe that anyone is capable of achieving a higher level of athleticism. Phoenix encourage hard work, consistency, sticking to a plan and having a supportive environment. Our team are highly experienced in athlete development and recovery. We have developed a range of programs focused on strength, agility, speed and recovery.
