We are caring and experienced Massage Therapists specialising in a variety of holistic treatment services that address the root causes and not just the symptoms of pains and ailments in the body. We use techniques from Sports Massage Therapy, Swedish, Deep tissue, Soft tissue, Myofascial, Trigger point and Stretches to treat each client pending on their individual needs and integrate a range of therapies to prevent and treat disease and promote optimal health.
