Nat has 15 years experience in the fitness industry. She is a friendly PT that works from her well equipped garage gym / parking outside space. No fancy gym perks just everything she need to give you the best workout and 1-1 so no nosey Parker’s and no feeling intimidated! Nat is mummy to Theo who is 3 years old, she has completed her pre & post natal training but was unable to complete her exam due to Covid. She has her own experience & has trained many women get their bodies back after having babies! Nat also teaches online zoom classes and in person Bootcamp classes on Saturdays. Nat is extremely passionate about fitness & helping people feel and look good about themselves.
