Do you feel stuck or as if life is out of control? Maybe one area is going okay, but in another it’s a total disaster. Where do you start making changes? And even if you knew, what can you do?

In this session we will look at the eight areas that are important for a balanced and fulfilled life. We will identify what is – and what isn’t – working for you at the moment. Once you have this bird’s eye view, it’s easier to form an action plan.

Next, you will create an affirmation to help you overcome limiting beliefs and form new habits that will support the goals you identified during the first exercise.

We conclude the session with 15 minutes of Tapping or Reiki.

You will feel confident, positive and ready to create the balanced life you seek and deserve.

Reiki practitioners consciously connect to the Reiki energy and then we allow the energy to flow through our hands which we place directly on the body or a few inches above.

You will remain fully clothed during the treatment. During the treatment energy moves through the body’s chakras, dispersing the negative elements that are causing blockages in the energy body. I use a pendulum to detect how open each of the seven main chakras are.  Clients find it very useful to see how their chakras respond to the pendulum and the knowledge gained helps them to adjust their life and thought patterns. 

Reiki balances the mind and emotions, helps with stress,  promotes relaxation, helps to improve overall wellbeing, improves sleep, reduces pain and stimulate the body’s own healing abilities.
