I am a Registered Counsellor in private practice. My approach toward counselling focuses on Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy with a Person Centered Approach. Over the past years, I have worked in different circumstances and contexts, assisting in the South African population in order to promote preventative measures and enhance psycho-social wellbeing. I am passionate about reducing the stigma attached to mental health, educating and empowering, creating awareness relating to mental health and I encourage help-seeking behavior.
