Dry cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique where suction cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum effect. This suction gently pulls the skin and underlying tissue upward, which is believed to stimulate blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote the body’s natural healing processes.

Unlike wet cupping, which involves small incisions and bloodletting, dry cupping is non-invasive—no blood is drawn.
