Merit Spa provides a professional care for high quality service of all natural Nail and organic spa pedicure (NO service for acrylic/full set or artificial solar nails or any kind of dip powder) - Facial - Waxing - Eyelash Extension & Relaxing massage based in Happy Valley, OR 97015 ⭐️ SALON POLICY ⭐️ We understand life happens, but we only take appointment (No Walk-in) that Please Respect our time and policies by letting us know 48-24 hours in advance | 1. If you unable to keep your appointment please kindly give us 48-24 hours notice. We will send out email/text reminder and text message for safety guidelines 48 to 24 hours prior to your appointment to remind you | 2. Late to appointment. Please let us know if you running a few minutes behind. The amount of time you are late will get taken out of your service time and we will try our best to work on you as long as I have you schedule for at full price. If you are more than 20minutes late you can choose to reschedule with late fee. We most likely have another customer booked after you and we will not reschedule or move their appointment down later to accommodate you | 3. No show will result in no-show fee. If you no call - no show (meaning you schedule an appointment and did not communicate with us that you could not make it then never showed up) you will be charged 100% amount of the service which you scheduled as it's loss of income | 4. Last minute cancellations will incur in cancellations fee. If you cancel within 48-24 hours prior to your appointment there will be a cancellation fee in order to reschedule with us again | 5. Multiple no-show or cancellations without notice (over 3 times) may result into blocking to book online with Merit Spa | 6. Convenient Times (early than 9am) We can open the salon early for your convenient. Please kindly pay extra 20% convenient fee (Not included gratuity) for early morning services. Please call/text us at 503-855-9952 for appointment early than 9 am | 7. Refunds. There are no refunds available for our services. Our main priority is to make sure you are happy walking out the door 😊 | 8. Payment + booking fee. We prefer cash and greatly appreciated for tipping in cash. We do also accept credit card/Venmo/Zelle as well plus convenient booking fee. Please come prepared | Thank you for all supporting and understanding ♥️ You are awesome!
