Through reflexology I support individuals suffering from sleep deprivation, chronic stress and fatigue, suppressed immune system, and many more. Massage is my chosen medium in providing a truly bespoke experience that relieves tension in soft tissues and also nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. I provide my therapies from the quiet room located in the medical suites of Georges Quay House. I was selecting my location carefully to ensure this is the space that respects healing.
