Welcome to Leggett’s 121 Losers, my name is Jody and I have successfully lost 6 stone on The 1:1 Diet. I am a working mum, who has struggled with my weight since I was 13 years old, which means I have spent over 25 years trying and failing at diets, until I found The 1:1 Diet. So, what changed? The 1:1 Diet has done everything I needed to shift my weight and keep it off! It’s changed my way of thinking about food, changed the way I thought about and ate food and now I want to help YOU achieve the same!
