Following this any grown out lashes are removed and replaced with a new lash. 40% of lashes are needed from the last set to count as a fill and it is important to come back for your fill in good time, because even if your lashes have lasted a long time chances are they are very grown out and more will be removed. 40% is counted after the the removal of grown out lashes.
