Based out of Shuriken MMA gym in Wairau on Auckland’s North Shore, we provide Massage and Recovery sessions at Kia Toa North Shore. We can also provide team sessions, with up to 4 players at a time getting massage - if you would like to schedule a group massage session, please contact us. We aim to help improve recovery and well-being for athletes and individuals alike.
