It’s amazing what just 30 or 45 minutes can do to transform how you are feeling.

I can adapt any of my treatments to fit in this shorter time frame to give you much needed space and release.



Quick Reset

This is for clients suffering from chronic musculoskeletal pain. 

Through detailed consultation I will work with you to develop a treatment plan designed to increase your range of motion and decrease your pain.

I treat many types of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain including back pain, sciatica, neck pain, whiplash, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, plantar fasciitis as well as systemic conditions like fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. 

I will use a combination of Western and Eastern soft tissue and massage techniques (including Amma, Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Trigger Point Massage, Stretching and Myofascial Release) to create a holistic treatment that is both relaxing and effective in treating pain.

As a Jing therapist I aim to get you out of pain in 1 - 6 sessions, generally expecting significant improvement around session 3. My recommendation is to book initial treatments 1 - 2  weeks apart, working towards treatments being a month apart at the end.

Advanced Clinical Massage

A blissful full body massage using a variety of soothing and therapeutic massage techniques, heat and scent aimed to calm the nervous system and release tension.  I will use an vegan massage wax of your choice from a collection of nourishing aromatherapy blends. 

Each oil is organic and cruelty free and packed with beautiful natural ingredients and essential oils that your skin will love. Unscented options are available.  

The treatment will leave you feeling serene, restored and lighter.

Holistic Massage

A deeper but still divinely blissful full body massage using a firmer pressure and techniques designed to reach further into the muscles.  

I will use an vegan massage wax of your choice from a collection of nourishing aromatherapy blends. Each oil is organic and cruelty free and packed with beautiful natural ingredients and essential oils that your skin will love. Unscented options are available.  

This treatment will release your tightly held tension and leave you feeling soothed and revived.

Deep Tissue Massage

Reflexology is a grounding, balancing and profoundly relaxing therapy applied to the feet.

Its soothing and meditative qualities allow you to enter a deep state of relaxation. You emerge feeling renewed and reset. 

The session will start with a soothing foot bath and short consultation.   Once on the couch - the treatment will commence with a lower leg and foot massage before starting to apply a firmer pressure to specific reflexology and acupressure points on the foot - taking you to a place of deep relaxation.

Reflexology can be an extremely beneficial treatment for those suffering with insomnia, anxiety, hormonal issues (such as PMS and peri menopausal symptoms) and migraines and a whole host of other issues.

Reflexology

This treatment is perfect for times when you feel the need for a reset inside and out!  

Using beautiful and natural facial oils from Wild Source - we will start with a gentle cleanse before moving onto the natural facelifting massage - a completely natural way to lift the face, rejuvenate the skin and remove tension using Lymphatic Drainage, Cold Stones, Acupressure and Ayurvedic techniques.  

We will then move to the feet where I will create a tailored Reflexology treatment for you based upon your individual needs.

Reset & Renew Facial Massage and Foot Reflexology Treatment 

If you can’t make up your mind or fancy a bit of Massage and Reflexology in the same session then I can create a bespoke treatment for you.

Massage & Reflexology Combination Treatment

Reflexology can be a wonderful support throughout pregnancy.  

Reflexology is safe from the end of the first trimester and can be a wonderful support to you whilst experiencing the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy such as:  

* Lower back and pelvic girdle pain 
* Indigestion/ acid reflux 
* Constipation 
* Nausea/ morning sickness
* Anxiety 
* Insomnia 

Reflexology can also help you to physically and mentally prepare for the birth of your baby.  I have completed additional training in Maternity Reflexology (training approved by Association of Reflexologists) and will always take full details of your health and pregnancy to ensure that it is safe to carry out a Reflexology treatment before doing so.
