In naturopathic sessions with BHSc + folk herbalist Hannah Forest you can look forward to an in-depth case taking session via video or phone call with diagnostic tools and intuitive work for a fully comprehensive and holistic approach to health. 

Hannah works with therapeutic tools including nutritional medicine, holistic lifestyle design, herbal remedies, flower essence therapy, oracle and tarot cards as well as personal ritual, ceremony and mindfulness techniques. 

Please note that naturopathy is a long-term journey and not something that is a 'quick fix' solution, its an investment in your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. If you are wanting a more acute option, please see Hannah's other offerings!

Intuitive Naturopathy

An intuitive session designed to help you make the most of your year to come! 

A card reading including a blend of tarot, oracle and herb cards, pendulum, flowers and more. 

You will walk away with guidance for your year ahead, a monthly break down of what to keep in mind as a focus for your personal growth, and some health and wellbeing and/or ritual advice, including possible referrals for additional modalities to head into 2025 with solid foundations for creating a vibrant state of health and wellbeing.

Evolution of Self Session

Naturopath and folk herbalist Hannah Forest will take you through an extensive card reading that can offer greater insight and clarity around your past, present and/or future. This is not a fortune-telling session, but rather a deeply intuitive card pull focused entirely on what message is meant for you at this time to get you closer to your most aligned self. 

These readings use oracle, possibly tarot and often flower medicine cards. Sometimes a pendulum may also be used, and often a candle is used also. These sessions look similar to a flower medicine reading, but a remedy is not included in the price. If a flower deck is used and you would like the flower remedy sent to you we can arrange this for an additional fee.

Experience the healing properties of vibrational medicine through these 1:1 flower essence sessions with qualified naturopath + folk herbalist Hannah Forest. 

Flower essence therapy works on the emotional/energetic bodies to act as a catalyst for change. A session involves a card reading, a discussion and then a bespoke flower essence remedy made up for you to journey with outside of the session.

Completely different to an essential oil, flower sessions are ideal for those feeling stuck, emotionally blocked, numb or drained, for those who are struggling with next steps or for those have been through an emotionally difficult time. Often clients don't know why they book for these sessions, they just feel called to try it out - these sometimes end up being the most potent experiences!

The pricing for this session includes your remedy and postage to your home. Any additional recommendations can be discussed in the session. Virtual or distance available.
