Grace Elizabeth Wellness provides personalised Yoga classes and sports massage therapy. All abilities and needs covered, with over 10 years of experience to draw from. My personal yoga practice is Ashtanga, however in classes I will draw on both Ashtanga and Hatha styles. Sports massage therapy service available for participants of all sports, or for the general wear and tear of life! With a personal background in rock climbing and running, I understand the importance of enabling better engagement with, and enjoyment from, your sport.
