- Defining new shape
- Discussing the client's health conditions
- Designing eyebrows according to the face structure 
- Patch test if needed

To confirm the reservation of an appointment a non-refundable and non-reschedulable deposit of €50, equivalent to the treatment cost, is mandatory, for the reason that procedure duration take 2-3 hours.
