Treatments are claimable on private health insurance.

60 min Remedial Massage 

A 15min short consult for acute care symptoms.
An Acute care consult can be used for acute/short term/ first aid/ symptom control consultations such as for Cold & flu, Ear aches, sinusitis, growing pains, cramps, probiotic recommendations, etc
The consult time will consist of taking your information & symptoms, checking for any contraindications and making recommendations for treatment options. 

Any Acute care dispensary items purchased are an additional cost ontop of the consult.

60min Relaxation Massage

Sometimes muscles resist deeper Remedial massage when they are constricted for long periods. This lovely treatment incorporates Remedial Massage with Hot Stone Massage to get the best of both worlds. This treatment isn't a sole full body Hot Stone treatment, but is Remedial massage that includes the use of Remedial Hot stones to help relax, and soothe those restricted muscles whilst still treating injuries and muscular conditions.

A short follow up check-in Naturopathy Consult at the start of the session followed by Remedial massage consult for remaining time. This is for 1hr in total with a mix of the two therapies.

Remedial Massage

60min Pregnancy Massage, for women over 12 weeks gestation. For treatment of discomfort associated with Pregnancy. A pregnancy cushion is fitted to the massage table, enabling you to lay face down during the treatment. Seated or Side lying massage is also available depending on preference.

Emotion Release Technique (ERT) is a therapeutic process that focuses on identifying and releasing stored emotions within the body. It is based on the understanding that unprocessed emotions can become trapped in your physical and energetic systems, leading to imbalances and affecting your overall well-being.
The process combines touch, meridian and acupuncture points, muscle response, Emotional Freedom Technique and memory recall to help clients of all ages tap into and release these emotions.

Emotional Release Technique

Compression therapy is wonderful for increasing lymphatic circulation, blood circulation and helping reduce swelling in the arms and legs. 
It can be used for muscular injuries and to increase sport performance. 
This treatment doesn't include any massage. A machine is used, where you will either be treated on the top half of the body, or the bottom half. 
Top half- includes the arms and chest area. It is wonderful for after lymph nodes have been removed after breast cancer surgery, lymphoedema, and for circulatory impairment or lymphatic build up.
The bottom half - includes full legs. This is wonderful for lymphoedema symptoms, restless legs, after knee/ankle/leg surgery, before or after sport or physical activity, bad circulation to the legs and feet etc.
The air in the machine compresses the area gently and moves the blood, lymph, lactic acid, up to the lymphatic organs to remove from the body.
1hr Sessions include both Top & Bottom attachments (done one after the other)
