I.R.T.S (Injury Recovery Trauma Support)

Deeply nurturing & relaxing, tailored to the individuals needs.  One is placed lying comfortably on her side while recieving massage, on the massage table.

Pregnancy Massage

A deeply nurturing and relaxing massage. Can be either full body massage, or back, neck & shoulders.
A visceral experience  inducing the body to release stress & rebalance, allowing the nervous system to rest and restore.

Relaxation/Swedish Massage

A combination of both nurturing and remedial. 
Firm hands that effectively work both either gently or firmly, working within a pressure range that you can comfortably relax with, (your feedback is important), also allowing for the connective tissue/muscle release needed.
Soft tissue/swedish massage, Trigger pt Therapy, Cross Fibre Friction, possibly Deep Tissue if needed and alway including aspects of postural alignment.
Other techniques are included as needed.
