The therapist was friendly and accommodating, even waiting for me when I was late and fitting me into the schedule. I appreciate how she explained each product before use and always checked in about the device temperature to ensure my comfort. However, the session ended poorly — the lotion was applied very sloppily and left visible residue on my legs. If I hadn’t noticed and cleaned it myself, it would have been embarrassing in public. Great service overall, but the finishing touch needs serious improvement.

Dear, you need to shave your hair on the same day or before one day in advance🪒. Due to the problem of dry skin in most people, if you ask the therapist to help you shave before the operation, it may cause skin allergies, resulting in redness and itchiness. Therefore, it is recommended to shave the hair when taking a shower the day before the treatment.
(If the Brazilian hair is not clean, the therapist still help with it🪒)
