FOR BEST RESULTS: Hair should be trimmed to or grown out to 1/2" or length of a grain of rice. Avoid exfoliating area of treatment, tanning in hot sun or tanning beds day before and day of service. Very hydrated- drinking plenty of water day before and day of. 

If you are concerned with pain, try taking an Advil 1/2 hour before appointment.
