A former professional dancer, triathlete, and channel swimmer, Michael has a deep understanding of the body in motion. His journey into massage therapy began by helping fellow athletes and quickly grew into a professional calling. Based in Brighton, he draws on years of hands-on experience and specialised training to ease pain, improve mobility, and help clients feel their best in their bodies.
