Zoe is excellent. She took a holistic approach to the treatment and even sent me an email with suggested stretches afterwards.

Awesome stretch and flex. Identified issues but holistically dealt with problems and I have a plan for moving forward to help with my pain and inflexibility. Felt like I was walking much more freely and balanced immediately. Will be back. Definitely recommend.
