Gentle, hands on techniques are used to encourage softness through the ribcage, upper abdomen, and surrounding connective tissue, allowing for fuller, more natural breath.
By improving breath capacity and diaphragmatic movement, this treatment can help calm the nervous system, reduce feelings of anxiety, and support emotional release.
