This session will focus on strengthening the general vitality of the the energy system and will most or all of the include the aspects of the energy system below dependent on what an individual requires, and the duration of the session.

- Energising and Strengthening the energy system
- Optimising the meridian constitutional energies

We will start with a short consultation in which I can answer any treatment related questions. During the session I may start with a short grounding exercise. This session will focus on optimising an organ (including kidneys, lungs, spleen) or system (including nervous system and immune system). The aspects of the organs and systems below will be including dependent on what an individual requires, and the duration of the session.

- Energising the organ/system
- Optimising the cellular consciousness and functions of the organ/system
- Optimising the genetics and epigenetics of the organ/system
- Bringing up the constitutional energies that support the organ/system

We will start with a short consultation in which I can answer any treatment related questions and we can agree on the organ or system that will be the focus of the healing. During the session I may start with a short grounding exercise. You may feel subtle or strong sensations in and around the body or emotions may arise.
