By relaxing the jaw muscles, the TMJ is correctly reset.
Why is this useful?
The TMJ, due to it's central role in cranial and spinal dynamics, affects the quality of the brain/muscular feedback system.  The slightest tension in the jaw muscles can alter the normal 'balanced' position of the TMJ, causing confused electrical messages to be relayed throughout the body.

Intuitively guided by what is sensed in my body (and the client's if they are also aware of bodily sensations); I feel, observe, listen and respond to energy felt.  Most often a hands on approach is used.  With hands (or fingertips) gently touching the body, I hold and wait until the energy sensations felt have changed; and from my point of view balance and harmony is sensed, where a more chaotic energy may have been present to start with.  On occasion (depending on the client), I use a hands off approach from the body.
If you need an association; this is essentially "Reiki" only not officially as I have not trained specifically in this.  I am only intuitively led.

Energy Healing

Access Bars are 32 points on your head.  Gentle touch is held on the points to effortlessly and easily release thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that stop you from creating a life you love.  It is typical to feel more space in your brain after receiving an Access Bars session.  This is because holding the Bars is kind of like hitting the delete button on a computer’s cluttered hard drive.  Consequently, negative thought patterns, and/or endless mental chatter can be released and make space for the calm you’ve been seeking.  Running an adult's Bars can take anywhere up to 90 minutes (depending on the recipient).

Relaxation Massage

This work encompasses a holistic approach.  I am guided strongly by sensations felt in my body that show me where to work on a client's body.  I am also guided by an inner knowing and sometimes visualise the massage unfold prior to it happening.  (It depends on the client as to how the information comes to me.)  I also respond to guidance from client feedback (we work together); ie. what sensations client's may be feeling and where, also feedback about level of pressure.  Ultimately, the client's body feels like it received what was needed in the moment on the table.
