First time Remedial Massage appointment includes: completion of initial client form, postural analysis and 30-40 minutes hands in treatment.

Remedial massage is used to locate & repair damaged areas of the body to speed up the body’s own healing processes. The pressure applied in this healing treatment can either be strong, deep, gentle or shallow, depending on the problem.
