Root cause therapy combines several transformative methods to create significant change in people’s lives.

This is a trauma healing method that incorporates regression to allow the safe completion of unprocessed emotions and events, to clear unwanted thoughts, behaviours, beliefs and symptoms.

For best results, at least 4-6 sessions over 2-3 months is recommended for deep healing and lasting change.

Please note session times may vary between 90-120 minutes depending on the session.

Root Cause Therapy - Special Offer

Root Cause Therapy

During your initial session, we'll discuss your concerns, goals and health history, identify and address your body's priority issue and begin your journey towards improved well-being and holistic balance.

New clients please select this option or existing clients seeking an extended appointment are also welcome to select this choice.

Initial Kinesiology Session - Special Offer

During this follow-up session, we'll discuss any changes insights and shifts since your last session, reassess your previous issue and the body's priority concerns so that we remain aligned with your specific requirements over the course of your healing journey.

Existing clients please select this option for follow-up appointments - New Clients please choose the Initial Session Option.

Standard Kinesiology Session

If you are short on time, want to shift your current state, work with a particular emotion or to just release and reset, this session is perfect. Also a great length for a child's session at 45 minutes.

Please note this is not suitable to work on more complex physiological issues - please see the regular kinesiology sessions instead.

Express & Children's Kinesiology Session

This package includes 3 standard kinesiology sessions and is perfect for working with chronic conditions or working towards specific goals. 

Kinesiology Package - 3 Standard Sessions $300 - 3 x 75 minutes

This session is designed to help you manage stress, reduce overwhelm and restore balance in your body. 

In today's busy world, it is common to be living in a state of chronic stress where the fight/flight response is constantly activated, thus reducing the amount of time for our rest and digest response to restore equilibrium.​

If you are looking for an effective stress management tool or have never tried kinesiology before, this is a wonderful introduction to this beautiful modality.

Suitable for both new and regular clients.
