Apprentice Amelia was lovely as usual, and did a great job of my hair. The woman who does brows also was amazing, my brows look awesome. I booked online, as usual. When I arrived a woman came and spoke to me to tell me 'we don't usually offer apprentice prices on the weekends, but the manager has agreed to honour your booking, but please don't do that again'. She made it sound like I'd done something wrong, when in face, all I did was book online. If you don't want ppl to book your apprentice appointments on the weekends then you should block them out, it's pretty simple. Bit rude.

I'm very happy with the staff. I have a shoulder injury and the girls have been washing and drying my hair past few weeks. Always feel welcome.
