You’ll finish with a sauna and cold plunge — a powerful combo to flush the system, regulate the nervous system, and leave you feeling lighter and recharged.

Perfect as a regular maintenance session, or as a supportive addition to the deeper Complete Reset and Rejuvenation experience.

Combine chi activation, heat, red light, and cold water therapy all in one visit. 

Start with 15 mins on the Chi-machine which increases energy flow through your body and activates lymph movement for easy release of toxins in the sauna. 

Saunas raise the core temperature of the body, internally resulting in many health benefits and opens up your blood vessels. The red light, near-infrared (NIR) light also penetrates the skin to stimulate mitochondria. 

When you take an ice bath, the cold temperature narrows your blood vessels. This rapidly increases blood flow to our organs and decreases blood flow to your muscles.

Once you get out of the cold water, your blood vessels open up again (known as vasodilation)  This allows oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood to return to your tissues to help remove waste products, such as lactic acid buildup. If left to sit in the muscles, that waste may delay healing.
