These classes combine elements of yoga, flexibility, stability, and core strength exercises to improve body functionality. 

Mobility

What to Expect. You'll move through squats, lunges, chest and overhead presses, as well as tricep dips and bicep, hammer and side arm curls. The intensity of Barbell Strength depends on how much weight you add to the bar. Start easy — you can always increase the weight later.

Barbell Class 

Indoor cycling is high intensity which combines cardio and endurance giving a 30 minute calorie crunching session. This session is great for burning fat and toning muscles making you fitter and stronger. 

30min Spin Class 

monday at 4pm 
Friday at 10:30 am
circuits is a high intensity 30 minute workout.. 
 circuit training can include full body exercises. 

Circuits 

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6 am, rise and shine classes will consist of circuit training in both cardio and strength rooms at the studio. 

these early morning classes will get you kicked started for the day ahead. 

 you can pop in as a one of session or book in a block so you don't miss out.

Rise and Shine 

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30pm a 1 hr small group training session that includes HiTT training, body strength and cardio. don't forget your water bottle. wear appropriate clothing for session.
