Punctuality is important, and late arrivals (10min) will incur an additional €10 charge after 15min appointment will be canceled . Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 3 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged for the appointment. No show and no pay will result in being blacklisted, squeeze in €20!!
