Based on the principle that the entire body is mapped out onto our feet, by massaging, stimulating and applying pressure on specific points (reflexes) on the feet, it helps rebalance and open up the body's natural pathways it uses to nourish and heal itself.  
Reflexology improves circulation, encourages relaxation, and may support to ease stress and anxiety, relieve muscular tension and pain, improve sleep, support all of the body's systems and promotes optimal well-being.

Your 90 minute initial (first) session includes:  an initial well-being consultation, detoxifying magnesium foot soak, 60 minute foot or hand Reflexology, and herbal tea/water to finish.

For optimal results and to receive the cumulative effects of this beautiful holistic therapy, a series of sessions (treatment plan) may be recommended.

Your 60 minute initial (first) session includes:  an initial well-being consultation, auricular examination, 30 minute ear Reflexology, application of ear seeds (if applicable) and herbal tea/water to finish.

For optimal results and to receive the cumulative effects of this beautiful holistic therapy, a series of sessions (treatment plan) may be recommended.

Your 60 minute session includes:  holistic consultation to begin, 45 minute Reiki Energy Healing, intuitive oracle card spread and messages, crystal and sound healing, time after session to discuss your healing and any messages that came through, and herbal tea/water to accompany your session.

Revitalise Session - In-person Reiki Energy Healing

From the comfort, ease and sanctuary of your own home, receive gentle yet potent channeled Reiki Energy to rejuvenate and rebalance your mind, body and soul, and to restore the body's natural balance of energy - clearing and cleansing your chakra system and whole energetic being.

Your session includes:  45 minutes of distance channeled Reiki Energy Healing, intuitive oracle card spread and messages (photos of cards & the guidebook messages are sent to you via WhatsApp), pre-session email with info including what to expect, how to set up your space, and a Spotify meditation music playlist, and a post-session email that includes post session care info and any intuitive guidance and messages Kate receives during your session, as well as a guide to the Chakras that are most prominent in your session.

Rejuvenate Session - Distance Reiki Energy Healing

This mini session is a magical taste of a full session, perfect for an energetic tune up and rebalance when you are short on time but still want that beautiful powerful Reiki Energy.  From the comfort, ease and sanctuary of your own home, receive gentle yet potent channeled Reiki Energy to rejuvenate and rebalance your mind, body and soul, and to restore the body's natural balance of energy - clearing and cleansing your chakra system and whole energetic being.

Indulge your soles in a little luxury with a Heavenly Foot Soak to begin your Reflexology session.  Using natural, high quality magnesium flakes with essential oils, rose petals and/or flowers you'll be treated to the healing benefits (relaxing, soothing and detoxifying) to start your session off the best way possible.  
Sit back, relax with a cup of herbal tea or water and notice your body begin to unwind, your breath begin to slow as you let go of your day and the outside world.  Self-care mode activated!

Please note: initial (first) Reflexology sessions already include a foot soak as part of the session.  This add on is for follow up / standard sessions only.  Can also be added to Revitalise Sessions (In-person Reiki Energy Healing).

ADD ON ONLY - Heavenly Foot Soak 

Blending soul work + sole work...this is beautiful way to finish and ground after your Revitalise Session (In-person Reiki Energy Healing).
