OMG....Rey is back from vacation. You know what that means for me......sigh. I need a sleep! I don't even know how I made it down the stairs from the gym to my car.

Your first session will last about 30 minutes to outline the best plan to achieve your fitness goals. Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a full body workout. Your whole body can be trained at once. Each session is 20 minutes, but equals 90 minutes of conventional training.

Our brains naturally sends electrical pulses via the nervous system to the muscles, stimulating your muscles to contract. The EMS device works as a mimic for the nervous system producing a deeper contraction than a voluntary movement would.
