The 5th Element Coaching

Had a single session and a couples session. Felt really at ease, listened to, received some really good advice that has been helpful already. Partner was reluctant to do couples cancelling but even he felt the first session was helpful and is happy to continue with the sessions moving forward. Non-biased towards genders and fair for both me and my partner, no blame games and end goals set to work towards. Jessie has been great and will definitely be booking more sessions!

Really helpful that we have to get all the negative stuff dealt with first. It makes sense but no other counsellor has approached it this way before. Good that Jessie doesn’t rigidly stick to times and suddenly cut us off too.

Jessica made myself and my partner feel at ease. She listened and gave useful feedback. Didn't push us into rebooking our next session straight away. We felt very comfortable with her approach and patience. Thank you Jessica.
