Want to focus more on your wellbeing and not sure where to start? Interested in starting a yoga or meditation practice but a group setting feels intimidating or you would feel more confident one on one? Whether you are starting from scratch or coming back to an old practice, this bundle is for you! 
Get confident in your yoga and meditation foundational practice so you can feel empowered to continue your practice at home, continue independent coaching/practice, or join a local group. 
This bundle includes ONE meditation session and ONE private yoga session, but you may purchase as many times as you’d like through December 1st, or select individual sessions after your initial appointment if you’d like to continue receiving support. 

Things to bring: Your presence is all you need, all props and mats will be provided unless you have something you would like to bring of your own. If you desire to take written notes, feel free to bring a journal.
