As a former nurse, I discovered first-hand the powerful benefits of holistic therapies and the important role they can play alongside conventional medicine. This inspired me to offer a more gentle, supportive approach to well-being. My therapy room is a calm, welcoming space designed to help you truly relax and take time out from the demands of everyday life. Each session offers a chance to pause, switch off, and reconnect with yourself. All treatments are soothing, deeply relaxing, and accredited by the FHT. I’m also fully insured.
