Indian head massage is an ancient therapy which releases tension from the shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Combined with foot reflexology it is the ultimate top to toe relaxation.

Reflexology is a holistic and deeply relaxing complementary therapy that aims to optimise both physical and mental health. Your treatment begins with a soothing foot soak and foot massage. Then reflex points corresponding to different parts of the body are stimulated on the face and feet in order to bring about balance and empower your healing process. Reflexology is suitable for all ages and can support traditional healthcare.

Reflexology is a holistic and deeply relaxing complementary therapy that aims to optimise both physical and mental health. It is complemented beautifully by reiki  - an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety. Your treatment begins with a soothing foot soak and foot massage. Then reflex points on the feet corresponding to different parts of the body are stimulated, and Reiki energy energy is channelled using gentle touch, in order to bring about balance and empower your healing process. Reflexology  and Reiki are suitable for all ages and can support traditional healthcare.

Emotional Freedom Technique uses principles of CBT, combined with the ancient wisdom of acupressure, to disrupt and neutralise negative thought patterns. It aims to release blockages in the energy system and restore emotional equilibrium. By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on emotions and affirming self-acceptance and positive change, you can release tension, heal wounds, and shift your mindset. During the treatment we will work together on a personalised script, and I will guide you through the process. We will end with relaxing reflexology to leave you calm and refreshed.
