All deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is on my end. For wig appointments, please ensure your wig is dropped off 1-2 days in advance. Arrive alone with your hair thoroughly blow-dried and FREE of any oils. You will be turned around if you come with oil. A 5-10 minute grace period is allowed, but after 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.
