Nirodhah is a dedicated space for personal growth offering life coaching, Yoga, meditation and other holistic practices to bring harmony to body mind and spirit. The beautifully renovated first floor studio is fully equipped with Yoga blocks, bolsters blankets, belts, eye masks and meditation cushions.
