I offer holistic facial rejuvenation treatments, bringing together a fusion of highly refined massage & Gua Sha techniques. My method is beneficial to all skin types. It improves lymphatic drainage, microcirculation, fine lines & wrinkles, sagging skin, dark circles and muscle tone. Gentle acupressure brings the body into balance. I teach 1-2-1 & group Qigong classes - a mindful & flowing movement practice for: energy, flexibility, emotional balance & strength.
