To secure an appointment, a refundable $100 booking fee is required. This fee will be refunded if the appointment is attended without any cancellations made within 48 hours. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment requires providing a 48-hour notice. Failure to comply with this notice period or failing to attend the appointment allows us to retain the $50 deposit made during the booking process. All clients will receive a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior to their appointment, offering the options to confirm, cancel, or reschedule within the specified time frame.
