Reiki Level One is the foundational course in the traditional system of energy healing, designed to teach individuals how to heal themselves, as well as family and friends. Rooted in Dr. Usui’s original teachings, this course introduces participants to the "Degrees of Energy" and the essential principles of self-healing. With a focus on personal transformation and energy awareness, Reiki Level One empowers students to tap into their innate healing abilities.
